Organic farm with private hunting reserve by the sea coast, Tuscany

Farmstead with hunting reserve and cattle farming, manor villa, annexes southern Tuscany close to the sea coast, Grosseto. The property is situated in a hilly position (between 20 and 350 m a.s.l.), just a few kilometers from the sea coast. It enjoys a panoramic view of the Monte Argentario and the island of Giannutri. The property is home to one of the most important Tuscan hunting reserves, and its yearly fox hunting season is not to be missed. Its 1100 hectares of 100% organic land consist of woodland, arable land and pasture. The roads and paths in the estate are perfect for trekking and horse riding, since no public road crosses the estate. The olive grove has some 400 olive trees in full production. The hunting reserve permit include wild boars, foxes, deer, pheasants, hares, partridges, thrushes, pigeons and woodcocks. Sixteen platforms for deer and boar hunting and four shooting stations for pigeon hunting along with private natural water springs. The over 3000 square meters of buildings include a manor villa with pool, a guest house, a staff house, a bovine stable, warehouses, barns and annexes that can be converted to residential use, for a total surface of some 15.0000 cu.m., thanks to the Programma di miglioramento agricolo e ambientale (agricultural and environmental improvement plan) financed by the European Union.
