House which needs to be completed measuring 172 sq.m. plus porch of 23 sq.m. The house is plastered and arranged over two levels. It enjoys splendid views over the valley. On the ground floor we find a porch with brick pillars and a storage area with large wooden door. At basement level there are three large openings which grant views over the valley and onto the garden. At a short distance from the building, we find two other buildings, one of which a farmhouse, and these could be purchased together with the house, making it especially interesting as tourist accommodation. The outbuilding can only be transformed into a dwelling if a farmer registered as IAP buys the property. This area is one of the most beautiful and most sought-after of Central Italy.
