Traditional Umbrian hamlet with garden and swimming pool for sale in Paciano, Perugia. The complex is made up of local stone buildings and a garden and is situated just 1.5km from the centre of the pretty town of Paciano , which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, overlooking the Trasimeno and Tuscany (Cortona, Montepulciano, etc.). The village consists of 3 farmhouses, the first is an old manor house built sometime between the late 1700s and early 1800s and covers an area of 450 sqm. In the garden there is the option (STPP) subject to planning permission to build a swimming pool. The house has the option of being either a dwelling or could be subdivided into two apartments. The floor plans for these areas are attached in the photos. Each apartment has a spacious living room with kitchen, plus two to three rooms that could be converted into utility rooms. The second property, is close to the main house and is approx. 150km and has been converted from an old shed and a former tobacco drying. The property includes a traditional living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen-living room. The third is a typical Umbrian barn of approx. 200 sqm , formerly a crop store   consisting of a ground and first floor, that can be made into a single dwelling or divided into two. It features an external staircase with porch with the option to create an internal staircase between the ground floor and the first. All the buildings have been made of stone with wooden floors and represent the typical Tuscan and Umbrian style of the 1800s. All three buildings have been restored and partially finished allowing you the opportunity to put your own stamp on the property.  The floors of the renovated houses are in terracotta from the 19th century and each house will have a private garden and depending on your plans either an exclusive or communal swimming pool. The hamlet has views over the green landscape of Tuscany and Umbria and in particular of Mount Petrarvella and Lake Trasimeno. Set in a quiet, but not isolated position, it is easily accessed from a paved road and is close to all local amenities.  The nearby village of Paciano, is a popular place to while away your time, but is rarely overrun with tourists. Other popular tourist attractions such as Perugia, Assisi Città del Pieve and towns around the lake are within easy reach by car.
